These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 3dbd website located at https://3dbd.vip and all related services, products, and features offered by 3dbd (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 3dbd ("we", "us", "our"). 2Eligibility Requirements

3Account Registration

• Password Security.You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• Account Activity.You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account whether or not you authorised such activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at [email protected].
• KYC Verification.3dbd may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Requested documents may include a national ID, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.
• Account Currency.All 3dbd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT only. Currency conversion charges applied by third-party payment providers are the player's responsibility.

3dbd reserves the right to close or suspend any account that provides false, incomplete, or misleading registration information. Any funds in a fraudulently registered account may be permanently withheld pending investigation.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

3dbd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposit Processing.Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of a confirmed payment. 3dbd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking system outages.
• Withdrawal Requests.Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours subject to KYC verification status and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Minimum Transactions.Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These amounts may be updated periodically and are subject to payment method-specific limits set by the relevant provider.
• Transaction Monitoring.3dbd monitors all financial transactions for signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, and terms violations. Transactions flagged during monitoring may be suspended pending review. Players involved in confirmed financial fraud will be permanently banned.

3dbd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees imposed by your payment provider (for example, mobile wallet transaction charges or bank handling fees) remain the player's sole responsibility and will not be reimbursed by 3dbd.

5Bonuses & Promotions

3dbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms. Specific promotional terms displayed at the time of the offer take precedence over these general terms where applicable.

• Wagering Requirements.Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is shown in that bonus's specific terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times using eligible games only.
• Eligibility.Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 3dbd reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group betting, or exploiting game-specific RTP patterns.
• Expiry.Bonuses expire if not claimed within the stated claim window and must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• Withdrawal of Real Funds.Where a player holds both a real money balance and a bonus balance, real money is wagered first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

6Responsible Gaming

3dbd cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity on the Platform. Evidence of such activity will be shared with appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 3dbd Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3dbd or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 3dbd Platform without prior written consent from 3dbd. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and could be a criminal offence.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3dbd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside 3dbd's direct control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or your voluntary sharing of login details with third parties.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay system outages.

10Account Suspension & Termination

3dbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action may include but are not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any product-specific terms or policies applicable to the player's account.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a court order or regulatory directive requiring account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method subject to completion of KYC verification. 3dbd will not return funds to accounts where fraud or Terms violation has been confirmed.

11Privacy & Data Protection

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
